Leaving us?

There are two ways to delete your account. This permanently deletes not only the account but all of your data associated with it.

In app

Open Calii and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Choose Delete account.
Confirm with your password.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

By email

If you have uninstalled the app, forgotten your password, or for whatever reason can no longer access the in-app settings, just send us an email with the one used to create your account and we will delete it for you.

Note: Please send the request from the email address registered to the account so we can confirm it is yours. We may reply asking you to confirm before we act. Requests are handled within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account is permanent and removes all of your data. Nothing is kept:

Your account and email address
Your password
Every workout, exercise entry and set you have logged
Your workout templates
Your skill progress, goals and unlocked milestones
Your activity feed and any kudos given or received
Everyone you follow, and everyone following you
Any feedback you have sent us
All active sign-in sessions

What is kept

When you delete your account, your account and associated data is deleted from our active systems. Copies of your data may temporarily remain in encrypted database backups as part of our hosting provider's continuous point-in-time recovery (PITR) system. These backups are retained for up to 3 days and are used only to restore service in event of a failure.
